Maven Cognition is a new EIS focused business formed following the strategic acquisition of Newable Ventures Limited by Maven Capital Partners UK LLP (Maven) in April 2024.
Maven Cognition builds on the historic investment activity of London Business Angels and Newable Ventures, and combines that heritage with Maven’s extensive resources and regional footprint to bring to market tax efficient EIS funds for investors.
